Typically IV hydration services last from 30-45 minutes. This will depend on whether it is your first visit with us and the size of the vein our wellness specialist is able to access. Certain services with additives (NAD), will take longer and can be discussed prior to booking.

For IV hydration services, 15 and up are welcome! A parent or legal guardian must be present for the full duration of services and must provide consent. For all other services, including NAD/NR and weight loss support, 18 and up only.

IV hydration can provide support for athletic performance, weight management, hang-over relief (detox), fatigue, illness recovery, some acute/chronic conditions, and replenish the skin and help with organ function.

Typically, one service a week is sufficient. There are exceptions - such as a contractor working outside in excessive summer heat needing replenishing even with drinking water. Speaking with our wellness specialist and identifying your exact needs can help provide guidance

further.

Vitamins can remain in your system for 7-14 days and can depend on how much your body needs and uses right away.

At Enlive, we use a full liter of fluid for our IV services, which is equivalent to drinking 2.5 gallons of water!

With oral supplements, your body must break them down and then distribute to the blood stream to be utilized and absorbed. During this process, you could lose 50% or more of the supplements listed ingredients. With IV, your body is provided the vitamins directly and can begin using them immediately.

You will be evaluated by a physician or nurse practitioner for your first visit to ensure IV hydration is a safe option for your health needs. Those with certain chronic conditions and pregnancy, should use caution, and discuss with their primary care provider prior to services. It is extremely important that you speak with your wellness specialist regarding any changes in health conditions and share your full medical history - this will determine if another consult is needed early with a physician and if IV therapy can be provided safely. During treatment, you will be monitored closely by the wellness specialist (a licensed professional) - to insure proper infusion and for the unlikely event of an adverse reaction. Our protocols require an evaluation via telemedicine with one of our physicians/nurse practitioners every 6 months for IV therapy/injection services, and every 3 months for NAD/NR and weight loss support services.
