Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

You can call us (615-656-3507), message us (Facebook, Instagram or email: Clientservices@EnliveNashville.com), or book utilizing our QR code and website. Same day services available! If you do not see a date and time that works for you, please call us and we will help with scheduling.

What do I need for my appointment?

If you would like to download the Hydreight App (free in both the Apple and Play Store), you can create a client profile and complete health forms prior to your appointment - we can also do this as part of your service.

For anyone seeking NAD+/NR or weight management services (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Sermorelin), please download the Hydreight App, as we will need to it to complete your orders.

How long does an IV service take?

Typically IV hydration services last from 30-45 minutes. This will depend on whether it is your first service with us and the size of the vein our wellness specialist is able to access. Certain services with additives (NAD+), will take longer and can be discussed prior to booking.

How old do you need to be to receive services?

For IV hydration services, we welcome 15 and up! A parent or legal guardian MUST be present for the full duration of services and provide consent. Those under 18 must complete a telemedicine appointment with one our physicians each time they receive services at a cost of $25.

For all other services including NAD+/NR and weight management, 18 and up only.

What are the benefits of IV hydration?

IV hydration can provide support for athletic performance, weight management, hang-over relief, detoxification, fatigue, illness recovery, some acute and chronic conditions, skin health, and organ function.

At Enlive, we utilize 1 (one) liter of fluid for services, which is equivalant to drinking 2.5 gallons of water!

Why IV vitamins?

With IV, your body is provided the vitamins directly, allowing your cells to utilize them faster and more efficiently - they also stay in your system for 7-14 days, depending on how much your cells need and use. With oral supplements, our bodies must break them down through the GI tract, causing about 50% or more of the listed ingredients to be lost.

How often can I receive IV therapy services?

Typically, one service per week is sufficient. There are exceptions - such as a contractor working outside in excessive summer heat needing replenishing even with drinking water. Speaking with your wellness specialist and identifying your exact needs can help provide guidance further.

Can I have 2 (two) bags of IV fluids?

This is dependent on your individual needs. The previous example of someone working outside in excess heat could be a possible reason to have 2 IV fluid bags. Please discuss further with your wellness specialist to determine your exact needs.

How many people can receive IV services at once?

We welcome groups for IV services! Please call ahead and schedule to ensure we can accommodate your group size and if you have a time frame services need to be completed in.

Do you practice with physician oversight?

Yes! We are a nurse owned company, which means we MUST practice with direct physician supervision. As an added bonus, we also have a pharmacist!

Who can't receive IV therapy services?

We will not be able to treat anyone who has chronic heart, liver or kidney disease (i.e. undergoing dialysis), those who are impaired and under the influence (unable to provide consent), those under 18 without parent/legal guardian present, or anyone in active treatment for a cancer diagnosis. Please call us if you have any questions about any of the above or to discuss your specific circumstance.

Are there any risks with IV therapy?

You will be evaluated by one of our physicians or nurse practitioners to ensure IV hydration is a safe option for your health needs. Those with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, should use caution, and speak with their primary care provider prior to receiving services. You will be consistently monitored by a licensed professional throughout your treatment, and for the unlikely event of an adverse reaction. Please call or message us with any further questions or concerns and we would be happy to address them.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit, Debit, HSA and FSA! We unfortunately do not accept cash at this time.

Can I tip my wellness specialist?

Yes! Cash may be used or you may add a tip to your card payment at checkout.

Are there any fees associated with your services?

There is a physician consultation fee that is completed once every 6 (six) months for IV/injection services, and once every 3 (three) months for NAD+/NR/weight management services.

The consultation fee is $25. This is added to your IV or injection service. It is already included in NAD+/NR/weight management service costs.

As a mobile service, we also charge a travel fee. This fee is $15 for any service completed within 25 miles of Nashville center and $30 beyond 25 miles. This is included when completing your weight management service setup.

What weight management services do you offer?

We offer personalized, knowledgable, experienced and local support with GLP-1s, Sermorelin and MIC B12.

GLP-1s and Sermorelin are offered on a monthly basis, monitored by both a physician and registered nurse.

MIC B12 is offered as an injection series of 6-week cycles. Please call or see our website for addtional information.

Do you offer memberships and discounts?

Yes! We have monthly memberships ranging from $40/month to $150/month - depending on your specific needs. See our website or call/text us for more information.
